On-time-delivery is an very important indicator of customer satisfaction. We make the fastest production planning and avoid the risks which may affect the on-time-delivery in advance through reasonable capacity space calculation and also planning for all fabrics and trims procurement schedule.

We use the smart ERP production system to make every key step be linked on a unified timeline, and by setting time-subsection to assess the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of each department monthly.

We employ skilled workers whose hourly capacity is constant and whose output of defective products is reduced at all. This makes our production schedule less prone to additional errors, thus ensuring a greater probability of on-time delivery.

Our weekly output of samples are more than 100 styles. These samples are completed by our sample room and sent to customers by air. During this period, we will also complete the development of trims, fabric lab dips and all creations of tech packs. 

Our bulk production capacity is 300K pieces monthly, There are dozens kinds of products include Streetwear,sportswear,activewear,kids wear and so on.

We cut all of the orders by our same cutting team, but for the orders which more than 2000 pieces per style, we will use automated hanging production line for sewing, and qty which less than 2000 pieces per style, we will use the quick response smart production line for sewing.

We are doing large OEM manufacturing but we also support any young brands and labels to starting with small MOQ.
